Baruther Glashütte Summer Programme 2026
Glashütte in summer 2026: Experience art and craftsmanship for yourself
When your hands are busy, your mind finds peace. In the historic glassmaking village in the Fläming region, hard-working hands preserve a centuries-old tradition of craftsmanship. To this day, glass, art and exquisite handicrafts are created here right before visitors’ eyes. The Glashütte village community warmly invites you to the Baruther Glashütte with a varied and colourful summer programme.
Whether it’s art and design, traditional craftsmanship, vibrant industrial heritage, music or the fascinating world of glass – the coming weeks will offer a diverse mix of culture and relaxation.
Highlight: The 2026 Summer Academy
From 8 to 23 August 2026, exclusive courses and workshops will complement the traditional glassmaking operations. Under the guidance of experienced tutors, both beginners and those with prior experience can learn new creative skills.
