"Northern Lights” – that is the name of the new exhibition at the Lette Glass Museum.

On display are outstanding works of fascinating radiance from the glass collection, all created by artists hailing from Scandinavia, Iceland, or northern Germany.

On display are, among others, works by Sweden’s most famous glass artist and designer Bertil Vallien (*1938) and the “forefather” of Danish glass art, Finn Lynggaard (1930–2011). Among the world’s most innovative and influential glass artists is Hamburg-born Klaus Moje (1936–2016), who succeeded in establishing a glass art movement in Australia beginning in the early 1980s. Also represented are the Danish artist couple Trine Drivsholm and Tobias Møhl, the Swedish artists Kjell Engman and Rasmus Nossbring, and the young Norwegian artist Geir Nustad.

The new exhibition presents objects, sculptures, and installations that offer a cross-section of contemporary Nordic glass art.
